Ikmeios IKE provides a 2 (two) year warranty on the mechanical, electrical and electronic parts of all home, professional and industrial units of Edergen ESTIA, HERMES and ZEUS respectively.
It also offers the option of extending for an additional two years (see terms).

Warranty Terms
Ikmeos P.C. provides a 2 (two) year warranty for the compressor and 2 (two) years for the electrical / mechanical parts for all Ydorgen ESTIA & HERMÈS units under the following conditions:
- The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase. The validity of the coverage will require the demonstration of a legal purchase document eg. invoice, proof of purchase, to determine whether or not the warranty period has elapsed and any purchase of the two-year warranty period extension.
- The warranty requirement is that the installation and initial setup of the device is performed by an authorized IKMAIOS dealer / representative / workshop. Additional charges may apply for installation outside the Attica Region, which should be consulted by an authorized representative of our company.
- The warranty covers any spare parts as well as the cost of repairing the device. In case of failure of the warranty, the warranty covers replacement of the appliance with another, corresponding use and old or newer, for which IKMAIOS will have the same warranty as the rest of the warranty of the replaced appliance.
- For repairs to areas outside the Attica Region, additional charges, not covered by the warranty, may apply for the cost of moving an authorized workshop or shipping the device to an authorized partner. Please consult our authorized representative for any related charges.
- The guarantee covers only manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable items such as filters, UV lamps, etc..
- For the warranty to be valid after the first year after purchase of the appliance, annual maintenance by an authorized workshop at the customer’s expense is required.
- The guarantee shall require the customer to replace the device filters at his own expense when the need arises from the relevant device indications. Only valid filters approved by IKMAIOS should be used on the device for the warranty.
- The guarantee is void if:
– The defect or malfunction is (as the case may be) caused by misuse, use contrary to the instructions of the device, negligence, breach, improper adjustment, or damage to the device caused after installation. Five (5) days from the date of purchase will be proof of no market injuries.
– The defect or malfunction is due to damage resulting from installation, initial or subsequent adjustment and generally interference by an unauthorized workshop.
– Defect or malfunction is due to extrinsic factors, which the plant is not responsible for (indicative of large fluctuations in power supply, outside the specified operating limits of the device, exposure of the device to adverse conditions, etc.).
– The fault or malfunction is due to malfunctions resulting from a voltage connection other than the device nameplate and an unplugged socket.
– The defect or malfunction is due to an accessory fitted to the appliance without being provided or recommended by IKMAIOS PC. or an authorized workshop. - In the event of damage or malfunction you should contact your authorized IKMAIOS affiliate, from whom you purchased the product, or contact IKMAIOS technical support. For the validity of the warranty, the fault or malfunction must be reported within the warranty period of more than one business day and in any event immediately by the detection of the fault or malfunction within three (3) working days at the latest. Attempting to re-use the device, although it has suffered a malfunction or malfunction, and prior to the intervention of an authorized partner, may result in the warranty being canceled or limited if the total malfunction or malfunction results from such further use or further use made the original damage irreparable.
- The way and the cost of transportation to and from IKMAIOS technical support points as well as the possible insurance of the equipment is the client’s choice and responsibility. The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunctions caused or aggravated by the shipment.
- The stay of repaired products at the premises of IKMAIOS or its stores or its authorized partners beyond seven (7) days of the customer being informed of the completion of the repair shall be charged with storage costs, for which you should consult authorized. representative of our company.
- The warranty does not cover the temporary replacement of the appliance with another for as long as may be necessary to repair the appliance.
- In the event that the Customer has opted to extend the warranty for a further two (2) years, that is, for a total of four (4) years, all the above terms and conditions shall apply for that additional period. It is clarified that it is not possible to purchase a warranty extension after purchasing the device.
